Susan Palé has devoted her career to helping organizations solve their business problems by maximizing their people resources. She offers over 20 years experience as a human resource executive in the financial services industry and works with a variety of organizations in the areas of staffing and selection, competency development and application, and training and management development.

Ms. Palé is an active member of the Central New York Chapters of SHRM and ASTD, and has served as a presenter at the ASTD National Conference.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University and a Master of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology where her areas of specialization were Organizational Development and Instructional Technology.
