His workshop, titled Asserting Emotional Intelligence [EQ] During the Employment Interview, can be made available to other interested groups or organizations. Workshop description: Emotional Intelligence [EQ] is now viewed by many as a critical component of success in all occupations. This program will train counselors to help clients to assert their EQ during the employment interview.
